Dog Chocolate

Ingredients
Brownie (for an 18x18cm square cake pan. one dog chocolate uses 1/6 of the mold.)
- 100g unsalted butter
- 80g bar chocolate (A)
- 80g white/caster sugar (A)
- 2 medium-size eggs
- 50g plain flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Decoration (for each dog chocolate)
- 1 bar chocolate (B)
- 2 chocolate pens (chocolate, strawberry)
- cream
- sugar (B)
- 2 almonds
Preparation
Bring the eggs to room temperature. Sift together the dry brownie ingredients. Line the cake pan with baking paper and preheat the oven to 170℃. Finely chop the (A) chocolate bar. Cut the butter into 1cm cubes.

Key Point: You can use store-bought brownies and start decorating from step (7).
